Our key personnel include:
Hugh Zochling
Executive Director
Hugh has had a finance and investment career of almost
20 years. In that time, he
has gained extensive experience as an investment
analyst
and manager in both Australia
and North America. He has managed substantial
investment portfolios across all major
property sectors and been responsible
for over $200 million of property transactions. He
has held senior equity
research roles with several leading groups including Credit Suisse
First
Boston
and Commonwealth Bank. Hugh is a member of Hadley Green’s Investment
Committee.
Ron Bryan
Director, Investment Strategy
Ron has had an investment management career spanning
30 years. He has held a number
of senior roles including that of Director
Property Investments
for Commonwealth Funds
Management where he was responsible for a $2 billion
portfolio. Ron has held a number of
Directorships, including Colly Farms
Ltd, Property Trust of Australasia Ltd, Grosvenor Place
and 101 Collins
Street. Ron has extensive experience in formulating investment strategy,
deal structuring and financing. Ron is a member of Hadley Green’s
Investment Committee.
Steve Heffernan
Director, Corporate Advisory
Steve has had a twenty year career as a corporate
advisor in both the private and public
sectors. He brings high level
experience in the areas
of project strategy and management
for major property and infrastructure
projects such as the $700 million Walsh Bay
redevelopment. As a former
Director of KPMG, Steve played a critical role in initiating
PPP’s
in Australia.
