Hadley Green Investment Group (HGIG) was founded in 2001 with a focus on delivering sustainable earnings and capital growth for our investors. We have since established ourselves as a leading independent provider of quality property investment funds and financial services to a network of wholesale clients.
HGIG has cultivated an institutional level of expertise in the analysis of, investment in, and management of Australian commercial property. Our approach, initiated by diligent fundamental research, careful pricing and risk assessment, executed with educated timing, followed with focused active asset management and attention to detail, has proven to be a generator of strong, risk-adjusted returns. The success of our disciplined approach is evidenced by the fact that none of our funds have experienced a property investment capital loss.
The HGIG group companies, that includes AFS licensed Hadley Green Securities (AFSL 286507), is managed by a highly experienced executive team led by founder and industry stalwart Hugh Zochling. HGIG has to date established 11 property investment funds, targeting office and retail assets with a combined value of approximately $200 million.
The key to our continued growth and strong performance stems from our proven track record and commitment to acquiring only high-quality assets with excellent fundamentals. Our investment model targets the acquisition of commercial and retail real estate through extensive fundamental research, with an emphasis on value-add opportunities.
HGIG’s wholesale investor only client base is comprised largely of high net worth individuals, self-managed superannuation funds and small institutional investors. As a highly focused, boutique investment house, our investors entrust us to source unique opportunities and generate above-market returns through active asset management whilst providing a level of service and attention that larger institutions cannot offer.
Many of our clients have consistently re-invested in the investment funds that we have established over the past 18 years, all of which Hadley Green has co-invested in as a measure of our commitment to our clients and belief in our investments and capabilities.
HGIG understands the importance of acknowledging and responding to how Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impacts our business activities. Our investment team has a long history of focusing on assessing ESG considerations relevant to the investment process.
