The Windaroo Shopping Village on Brisbane’s southside has sold for $3.235 million to a Sydney-based investment
consortium on a yield of about 10.5 per cent.
The centre, on the corner of Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road and Carl Heck Boulevard, consists of 1597 square metres, and includes a supermarket, newsagency, liquor outlet, bakery and hardware as well as parking for 95 cars.
The Sydney investors were represented by Hadley Green Investments and the sale, which became unconditional and settled in the
last two weeks, was negotiated by PRD Nationwide’s Jeff Dolan. Mr Dolan said Windaroo was one of the most
outstanding community shopping villages in the area.
